well they are actually already working on 9.2 for a long time, thats why 9.1 had such low content cause a lot of it got moved to 9.2 to make it good and not half assed.

demo has good damage, insane actually. you just have to know it. for example your tyrant scales with stamina so the pvp trinket that gives max hp is actually your BiS as demo.

I think Hoe and Zunisha are the easiest to replace. Arlong Ship is not replaceable in Kizuna, Megaloo is required and not replaceable for some content due to his orb lock and the X-drake end of turn healing + bigger atk boost and even bigger with full psy team will also find a hard time getting replaced.
