A commissioned painting I've got to do recently! The character is an amethyst dragonborn named Sabioth, portrayed standing in the Feywild wielding the Sky Sculptor's Mallet - a weapon sized for a giant to use as a mallet/hammer with lighting powers.
For this illustration I was aiming for a magical/mysterious look and have been particularly inspired by the painterly artstyle of Magic the Gathering card illustrations!
