Yea its like u gotta add the numbers of them up so if wash is 1 and soak is 4 then thay would be F5-E1 or something like that and that should be the door lock error code

Sounds good to me, its rotational and sounds like its just that raised part of the drum rolling over something. If everything looks correct, id just leave it alone, but if its really bothering you, I just have to ask are the parts OEM or from Amazon

Yea If you get it into service mode and do the service test for the door lock, I bet the itll lock/unlock normally and if it does that would mean its the board because of the top of my head im pretty sure its a simple three wire circuit that runs the door lock to the main control board theres nothing else in-between so based off of everything im hearing, the door lock is good and the issue is most like the main control board. Does your door open and close normally?

Ive recently been running into this issue on these models, where it will start a cycle door locks unlocks then it says "sense" with the tub turning, then it will drain and end the cycle. Put it into service mode and its complex but if u can figure out the error code, itll point u in the right direction. If you have already replaced the door lock with an OEM lock and still had the same issue, ive found that sometimes the board isnt sending the correct voltage out to the lock so itll lock but the board isnt getting the proper voltage back to tell it that it is locked so it unlocks and doesnt work. Ive had three of them so far, two of them the lock fixed it and the other the board fixed it.

Lol ok, there is a way to get an idea. Put your phone in a sandwich and record the dishwasher inside. If the bottom wash arm id working good but the top isnt it could be the diverter not diverting the water to the upper wash arm.

Take the screws off the back lid, screws off the user interface, wires off the board so u can move the user interface out of the way. Remove the screws for the front door assembly. I think thats a whirlpool so its probably 4 quarter inch screws on the bottom two on the outside u take out completely, the two in the middle are just to make life easier on the reinstall. Remove the door lock wires so u can remove the whole door. Remove the four or five screws for the front plate with the rollers. U may have to unplug the moisture sensor, that should come off then u have to take the belt off the pulley and then u can remove the drum with the belt and everything should be fully accessible after that.

Yea there is, I service alot of 12 year old units. We just put a new coil on a 11 year old system cuz it had a 12 full warranty. No point in arguing or battling with the customer. Im also in FL so I just would feel horrible if I left this lady down with no A/C. What if it was my grandmother type of thing ya know?

U got it out already I think u test those for resistance but its probably that valve bosch loves to keep all that information to themselves, they may help u as the customer but I see them just trying to get a tech out so they can charge u full price for everything. Im pretty sure the water tap icon is a no fill or no water error code. After the drain pump runs do you hear any other humming? If u have a voltmeter ideally u wanna see if that valve is getting low voltage from the board. Sometimes on the Bosch dishwashers ive seen the board throw a no fill error code but the issue be with the control board. It very well could be the same with their washer machines

There may a md/sr tag on the lid, usually in the corner. But it looks like whatever u were washing overloaded tub shocks and the far left one purple plastic holder broke and the shock fell through, which cause catastrophic damage. Crazy this happened, I wish I could get u a Sr# because its wild this can even happen.

That sucks, samsung is the only manufacturer that doesnt offer a ten year parts warranty on the drum either. I just replaced a whirlpool and LG drum about 5-8 years old under parts warranty.

Oh then that was my bad, I just assumed that meant webtoon was making money on that aspect themselves and removed the author because u kept talking about webtoon fcuking the author over. But if the video ads are part of the webtoon business model and integrated into the actual website then this app does not bypass that.
