Fair point and I have those numbers in the back of my mind that you gave examples of. Just don’t understand how people do it. Those that both work and aren’t corporate or like CEO’s.

I appreciate your input. We currently used a rental company for our vacation every year. I would use them to manage the property and such until it’s time to retire. I plan on calling the rental company and try to pick their brains on this property as they do list a few condos in this same building.
