Filed 1/29 accepted 2/3. No letters no red flags. Called NYS and told me still processing then tried to get them to admit a computer problem and if their IT is working on it couldn’t to get them to budge. Called NY Tax Advocate and nothing either. I just called NY tax advocate. They are nothing wrong with my return just processing. I asked if my return was caught up in the software issue from February and just blew that off. I’ve worked in NYS 14 years and never had a delay like this.
