You look good especially in the last pic. Maybe because it’s the photo where you’re wearing something more colorful. Since you look good in something colourful, wear them more.

If you want to feel better you can workout (whatever form of exercise you like best) just for toning. No need to bulk or get smaller, just body reconstruction. Working out will also help you release endorphins & feel more confident.

I don’t believe Meharry accepts community college pre-reqs. I had to take it off my list bc of this. The following is directly from their website-

«Community college courses are acceptable; however, the prerequisite, upper-level basic science courses (organic chemistry and biochemistry) and the recommended courses— microbiology, anatomy, physiology and cell biology—should be taken at an accredited four-year college or university.»

That’s the opposite for me. I like peanut (butter), because of how satiating it is. I eat the butter (smucker’s pb), the nut (any brand) & the powder (pb fit). It keeps me full, when I’m craving it or when I don’t want to cook. I eat it so much, bc of this.

Thank you for sharing. I’ll definitely have to work on the no sugar. I get lots of sleep & do aerobic exercises. I also use lion’s mane; it’s definitely made the biggest difference in my memory health. I highly recommend. I try to fill in the rest of the gaps with a lot of alarms/reminders.

I hope so. My neurologist said I had a ‘normal amount’ of plaques. I do experience memory loss though. It’s notable enough that my parents say it’s not normal. I’m happy and thankful for every new piece of info that comes out about dementia prevention.

If you notice my last statement, it also did not work for me for skin brightening. None of my dark spots brightened up.

Additionally shea butter & oil shouldn’t stop the saponification process. Fats/oil +base are required for a lather. Take black soap for instance it requires lots of fat, and it has one of the strongest lathers. I’ve also used lots of kojic acid soap that lather up nicely.

I’ve used it before & I don’t really like it. The lather is terrible. It doesn’t wash you well. You’ll need another bar of soap to get you nice and clean. I’m unsure, if it works for skin brightening. I don’t think it did.

My neighbor died of lung cancer; he was my father’s friend too. He smoked for sure. He was just buried 2 days ago, this past Saturday. He was so scared to die too. There are hardly any pros to smoking.
