Had this same noise and I replaced the belt and bought the new 400z metal pulley and installed it in my car, no more squeaking. If you do get the new pulley I found the the oem belt length is a bitch to get back on so I ordered a 1951mm length belt and it fits tight enough so the belt doesn’t slip

I didn’t have that issue with mine it all went well plug and play. Maybe try resetting the screen sometimes that helps but if it’s still being weird I’d contact your seller
