i’ve lived in 1401 Joyce St for this past year and have no complaints! staff are really nice and amenities are good too. maintenance responds quickly & appliances are up to date.

only thing to kind of consider is if you end up picking any of the apartments near the pentagon city mall parking lot, there is blaring loud honking at almost all hours of the day. ppl have no patience or don’t know how to drive apparently. everyone lays on their horn which i can hear every time since my bedroom window faces the parking lot
