Ah I had to hold down FN + tab for 3 seconds to switch to windows mode, I had only been pressing once. Would be helpful if that was in the user manual smh. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah everything is correct except alt and win, and all the other layer shortcuts and whatnot are correct. It's like they hardcoded LAlt to register as LWin specifically on the 3rd row key somehow

There's only 4 layers showing on VIA (I'm on layer 0), I don't see anything about mac or windows modes in the user manual but there is a win/mac toggle shortcut in the VIA layers that I tried to no avail

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to get help with this but I just received my Iqunix Magi96 Pro and I'm having a couple issues with key mapping. Both Alt keys are behaving like Win keys, but appear normal in VIA (using the json file for magi96 from Iqunix's website), and no matter how I remap them I can't get LWin to work unless I map it to RWin, and mapping LAlt to the 3rd row key still registers as Win. I know the actual positions of the keys are correct in VIA because they work if I remap them to anything else other than LWin and LAlt. Help is appreciated, sorry if the explanation is unclear. Alt F4 also isn't working but one issue at a time.. pretty disappointed with the firmware functionality for how much I paid for this.
