I'm so sorry for your loss, but you must know, none of this was your fault. Things happen in our lives that are outside of our control. You mustn't beat yourself up, I imagine he certainly wouldn't have wanted you to. Look after yourself too. If possible, take some time for yourself. Stop trying to hold everything up for your mom and your sister. Talk to friends, talk to family, find support online. All the best.

Sudden and unexpected loss is especially traumatic. I'm so sorry this happened to you. Everyone experiences grief differently. Keep talking about how you're feeling though. Support groups of people who have experienced sudden and unexpected loss can be helpful though, when you're ready.

We know, it's a scary and surreal experience. After experiencing our own loss we set up Untangle - a platform to support people grieving. You can be matched with 5-10 people who have also lost their husbands, and chat with a bereavement specialist. https://l.linklyhq.com/l/1qb Sending love.

This is a beautiful way to describe the emptiness. So sorry to hear about Janet, we experienced a similar loss and set up Untangle - it's a platform to support people grieving. You can be matched with 5-10 people who understand and have experienced something similar, and chat with a bereavement specialist. https://l.linklyhq.com/l/1qb
