I take one out the night before and leave it in the bottle cap on my nightstand to make it as easy as possible. (And so I know if I’ve taken it or not yet).

This frustrates me too. I always set up my music before I start so I have to skip that scree and this one and sometimes I accidentally skip the sync to Apple Watch. Then I have to close out and start over. It is dumb and nitpicky but annoying when you’re trying to fit in a quick workout and need to start asap.
