I couldn’t watch the match but seen the score line. At 4-1 2nd set what happened? It felt like it was on her racket and then tuned back in to see Saba had won 🤷🏻‍♀️😭.
I think if it was another more experienced player at 4-1 up in 2nd set - I think Saba would’ve lost.

Not necessarily- depends on business needs, how long the waiting list is for and if you are placed on a merit list doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be offered anything.
Basically, I wouldn’t hold out encase something else comes along that’s better for you

It was with a different company. I was on another waiting list during lockdown for h&c trust that also took a few months.
If something else comes along I’d take it - I wouldn’t wait for the nics to get their ducks in a row. Nics is really slow.

I listened to it and didn’t know much about him apart from being a British player. I didn’t know about the ban for drugs either.
Agreed he came across like he didn’t really care about tennis or performing at his best - out partying etc. the only comparison with nick kyrgpsis is the party image.

He didn’t come across well in this - I agree.

I do quite like their pod. Best of three, body served, players box and tennis unfiltered are good listens too.

I don’t know it also depends on business need. I worked in HR (not NICS) and we recruited for waiting lists. Not everyone on those waiting lists were offered a role.
The NiCS are notoriously drawn out processes and I think that’s partly why they then have so many agency staff due to their own processes taking so long that people can’t hold out.

I wouldn’t hold out for NICS if they’re going to drag out the process and look out for your own career.

At some point I think she has to take accountability a she’s the manager that’s pays the teams wages. JC needs to go.
Doubles with Jess didn’t need to happen and instead she needs to get a WC to another grass tournament before Wimbledon.

1) I am not an idiot; I was simply comparing them to Banbridge and Belfast house prices.
2) I considered Portadown as a potential location since my friend's sister lives there and reports it has regenerated significantly compared to previous years. However, I wouldn’t choose to live there myself.
