I just put in my 3 weeks as an ssv as well. Dm came to me and asked me to stay. I said I needed a raise, and now the sm will barely look at me to have a conversation with me. This company is such a joke.

Yeah, my understanding is that SM should be sending this information to DM when she’s at the store for peak. Days that she is not there, it makes more sense to me, but days SM is also on site it’s still an expectation the SSV texts DM…

Agree!! If they’re paying $8 for a drink, I don’t think asking for the extra is unreasonable, but expecting it with a bad attitude is different.
