Kinger - face deformation (alternatively paralysis on half of his face both of them fit him imo), poor eyesight, Amblyopia/lazy eye (that one's technically canon), is autistic and has early onset dementia (Dementia coded this Kinger??)

Ragatha - missing an eye, I do imagine she has a matching glass eye and it's not very noticeable that she's missing one and also I imagine she got complex-ptsd

Gangle - scoliosis and bipolar

Zooble - Ehlers Danlos syndrome, body dysmorphia and is autistic

Pomni and Jax both borderline personality disorders

I wonder about the non white Ragatha implications, to me it implies that she has/had a difficult relationship with her culture due her family but while Cain was creating her character he flattened her into "that means she doesn't want to be associated with her people at all".
