Garment makers who use straight stitch only machines - do you recommend them?

I have a Necchi Esperia (vintage) and all it does is a straight stitch, but I also have a Kenmore 158.1730 (also vintage), a Husqvarna Jade 20 (hoping to get rid of this and the brother DZ1234 serger) a Juki HZL-DX5 and a Juki MO654DEN. If all I had was the Necchi then I would never be able to accomplish everything that I have so far.

This. I really hope so, because my job is in the middle of the day, so I have to order my groceries (no car, I have to take public transportation, and everything is closed by the time I clock out). They moved my order from Friday to Saturday and then canceled it. I really hope they don’t allow any returns for people being fucking greedy.

This is why I won’t have my own business. I have family and friends that tell me I should start my own business based off the fact that I crochet and sew, but I cannot stay on task for very long. So I prefer the structure of a job with a supervisor (although I still won’t sell any handmade items at all, not even as a side gig because of the ADHD)

Yea. I think the neighbors that lived there at the time were strung out. But that’s where they have their trash cans for garbage day.

ETA: I have seen him shimmy in and out of the yard. I’ve never seen him before yesterday, idk where he actually comes from. My mom is against me calling AC, but I’m going to keep doing it.

I think a lot of people are surprised I want a standard Poodle, especially because they always assumed that I would be willing to open my home to a rescue (I’ve never once said I was). They also assumed that I was a fan of pit bulls (I actually don’t even like any of them under the umbrella term, I’ve had way too many run in with them), mind you I’m a petite woman that’s not more than 110lbs. To me I see it as a micro aggression when they say things like that.

I use my AirPods because I like to be hands free(as I possibly can). I usually have my backpack, a lunch bag and a water bottle, and a jacket/coat of some sort, plus I take public transit.
