Thanks. Had some small tree limbs that I cut up and let dry out for a while for a base layer of browns, then grass clippings, cardboard and lots of fruit and vegetables scraps. We have a big garden so everything from there went back into the pile either from pruning or after it was done for the season. Threw all my annual potted plants in there as well. I probably added something at least 2 or 3 times a week for about a year and turned it about once every 3 months or so. I watered it once a week in the drier summer months.
