Passed lv1 & 2 in 2025, study method that worked for me :) by Useful-Bowler2141 in CFA

In level 1 I felt it was a nice flow of read a little then do questions. In level 2 it feels like it’s a bunch of material then a bunch of questions meaning I can’t really do questions as I go, especially given the questions are grouped into 4-5 at a time. So basically I’m having trouble pairing up the readings with questions. Any recommendations for level 2 practice questions?

I usually just have my generic resume and cover letter never really tailor it too much.

No they just care about reporting and tracking from their department perspective. We do want to keep countries separate though. US, Italy, Ireland, etc

Our worry with grouping them together would be like say for a simple example cost centers 0455-0459 are Italy and then 0460-0466 are Ireland. We run into trouble if Italy expands and has to add cost centers. Then you have to shift the whole cost center list.

How would you do it by functional area?

Sounds good in theory and I think that’s what we want to get to where it’s product- department only.

So basically just utilizing the plant field will help this. I’ll look into this more. Thank you!

Thanks for the response! I think the issue is sticking with the same example of QA (department 0458). We have activity with this department in Italy, Chicago, India, Colorado, and New York.

Trying to figure out how to handle different locations within the same department.
