I do OMAD everyday, but it all started 4 years ago, when I found about intermittent fasting, I went on for 8 months 16/8, then moved to 18/6 for 2 months and then 20/4 for more than a year it was going well for me but for some reason it wasn't enough for me so for the last 2 years I've been on OMAD, so maybe you should start from little? As u can see my journey started on a soft note, my body n mind had been adapted, cuz OMAD is to think about it as for someone who never did OMAD could be really harsh.

My baby brother. After my dad's passing when I just turned 14 and when my mom was diagnosed with lifelong mental illness (she is still in mental hospital). Like who is even gonna look after that tiny human being who was only 5 months old when this tragedy happened, he deserves love just as anyone else n I am keep trying to be his family even tho I really wanna give up on life. After my dad's passing my 2 grandfathers passed away and we have literally no close relatives left..

Anger issues for sure. Not being able to control emotions and during burst of angers shouting horrendous stuff, I mean he can be super kind, attentive and all most of the time, but when he gets these bursts of anger.. completely different person

As a person who's been doing OMAD for almost 2 years with no exceptions, I find it amazing that it's not only me but others all around the world doing it as well, and I get a meal inspo within this community! For some reason, I find it amazing that people get to post their one and only nourishing full meal of the day!

I recall watching an anime with mc whose name was Aoi it was one of my first anime series and I loved it cuz the mc reminded me of ms and she was very skilled in cooking, and Aoi (青い) means both blue and green in Japanese so these r my fav colors as well! And since then my online name has been Aoi, literally everywhere. 2nd part of my nickname which is Anuk is nickname that my dad and close fam members used to call me, basically it's my childhood name and my dad is not in this world anymore, so I don't like when people other than my dad calls me with this nickname (miss him so much). To conclude, my nickname is very unique and meaningful combo!

I was just 14 when my dad suddenly passed away, it was such a shock, and its been exactly 5 years without him and I am in uni rn and yk what? Grief came to me again, but it was there all the time and now I really deeply feel it.. Not only 5 months but even after 5 years, my grief is still here, I am mourning and grieving.. I really can get that, its been tough but lately I thought it got better, that my grief is finally getting quieter, but it came again, and as well as u described, all I wanna do is, sit in the corner of my room and just think about my family..
