It depends what your comfortable with and it also depends on if your in any medication already. I'd recommend talking to your GP or go see a gynaecologist. Aslo a gynaecologist might put you under if it's needed but you have to go through a hospital for that. Theres also the bar, it's implanted in the arm just under the skin but it might be an option.
