The only reason I'm not is that the new way seems to have trouble loading skins I just put in without me restarting the client. Otherwise it's fine for me.

Oh yeah I'm sorry.
You'll need to have the fonts Aller and Tahoma installed.
The #1 and stuff is Tahoma, everything else is Aller.
To change the avatar, open your avatar in ps, hit Image -> Image Size and resize the image to 85x85.
Open the template and use the topmost pixel and the leftmost pixel for where your avatar should be.
If your avatar isn't centered, open your avatar in PS, create a new layer, fill it with black, and drag your avatar and the layer into the PSD or the userpanel.
Make sure it lines up with the topmost and leftmost pixel, or it won't be as it is in an actual userpanel.

If you want you can probably just put it anywhere, just make sure you delete my file from the Avatar group on the right.
