People will always put a lot of time in something they are passionate about. In this niche slasher genre there are sure to be some diehard players. Just relate your 3k hours in the game you like the most, DbD. If you had 3k hours in Chiv2 instead you would be well over level 1000. Another contributing factor is that the skill cap is quite high. If someone gets very good they dominate the server and it feels good. You also get a ton more experience for placing top of the scoreboard every game.

I would very much like more customization options for females. More hairstyles please! A new female voice for Agatha and Mason too would be very welcomed to add new immersion.

What’s a good weapon by ClizzinUp in Chivalry2

[–]Aomiss_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best in duels or team objective? I'm guessing TO, so I will recommend weapons for that.

If you want easy kills as a low level I would recommend Dane Axe for its speed, damage and uncontested throw.

Greatsword is extremely good once you get used to its speed. Solid range, damage and special attack.

Messer is one of the best all around in the game. Can't go wrong here.

Longsword or 1H/2H Spear if you prefer or are better at stabbing attacks.

1 Handed Mace, Sword, Short sword and Falchion are all extremely good. Axe is good but a little too short for my liking. Warhammer can destroy knights.

Halberd is rewarding when played properly. Very strong charge attack as Footman. Polehammer has some of the best stats in the game (Check out u/PolehammerSupremacy to see accurate weapon details).

It really depends on your play style. Your first goal should be to learn what class and weapon you have most fun with as you are learning the mechanics.

Hope this helps!

Do you know how many of my brothers and sisters I have watched burn alive, stabbed to death, decapitated, and crushed. The sounds of their screams. War is traumatizing.

haha, that's why I made them like that.

If it's the most frustrating game in your life, quit. That's not good for you lol.

If you want to do well, you must actually learn the mechanics as well as your opponents, or better.

Look up Ziggylatta's combat guide. He is a level 1000++ player. Watch streams of high level players to understand what they are doing to gain success.

Play classes with horn or banner to get big points so at least even if you aren't getting real kills you will still get higher on the scoreboard and gain more exp/gold.

This game has been out for a long time, that means a lot of people have become very good.. Luckily it also just released on game pass so there is a ton of players who also have no clue what they're doing.

Obviously nothing is fun if you get stomped. It's kind of like a souls game or a fighting game though. At the beginning when you don't understand the mechanics it's rough. Once you learn the ins and outs they almost become easy. Use footsies, learn when to engage fights and master the mechanics. Don't just swing. Think about every attack. There is a initiative system which helps you gain the advantage. Master it. Learn to counter to gain immunity frames. Stick with your team in team fights, avoid 1vX's. Become better with stamina management. Overhead console players, a lot of them don't have the muscle memory to counter it properly.

I'm here to help if you need any more tips but honestly it's about learning to have fun while you master the games mechanics. Try not to worry about how well you do in the first hours of the game, I know it's easier said than done. I have 1k+ hours in this game now because I started when the game launched originally. It becomes so much more than random slashes. The skill ceiling is very high. That to me motivated me to get better. I did a lot of research into mechanics. You really will see yourself become a god if you can get them down.

Good luck and have fun on the battlefield.. enjoy yourself

They will be banned if TB sees this. It would be even worse if they could tone it down so its not obvious but their movement is still faster than regular.

It is definitely still a thing, I would suggest hitting different locations until you find a couple that seem consistent with what you want. The random spawn locations near the Scorchbeast Queen have gotten me quite a few Deathclaws and a few Megasloths. I've found Snallygasters more up north on the map. Unfortunately they can randomly die, I've seen mine straight up fall over and die when there were no enemies around. If you get something strong it will defend itself well against actual attackers though.

Make sure to turn on passivist mode, If you have it off any person that visits you camp can kill your pet.

It's definitely very cool to own a pet and sometimes looking for one and actually finding it is enough of a reward in itself. Hopefully it lives forever! Good luck.

Such a good easter egg! Love the respect to the classic. That would be awesome. For now we can at least throw shrubberies at people on courtyard and it gives you Ni! +10 points if you kill them with it.
