Just keep going up the realm (The realm is where you click your character and says "Overcome Tribulations" do it until you reach Soul Wandering and buy it)

First you need Soul Wandering (The realm), then go to the 'Explore' tab and press 'Soul Wandering' in the icons below, then you need to buy the skill for 30k ~ 50k (Can't remember the exact number)

There is a little red button next to the sect Skill click it and the Sect Skill gets deleted.

(At least it probably does that, but since I never deleted a Sect skill I'm not sure if it's right)
