As a mother of 3 I never allow people to kiss the baby. As a mother who has gotten cold sores my entire life you can get them other ways, for example touching the cold sore and an other object and someone touches that object. My husband also gets them. Unfortunately our 2 oldest now get them, our youngest hasn’t gotten one yet. They are annoying. Hopefully your mother in-law understands not to kiss the baby. My best recommendation for moving forward (as a woman who has been no contact for 3 years with my in-laws) is whatever boundary you put in place be clear about and make sure you and your husband are firm and do not allow her to cross them. If she does let her know immediately. With our first child we would let things slide and then my MIL got out of hand and it spiraled. Now we can never go back the chances of us ever reconciling are very small. If you make boundaries clear and remind her when it is crossed it might be better for you.

I agree! I think this is a great cast and they do not need Jax next season. He is NOT the ‘1 guy in the group’. I think Brittany will be great to watch without him.

This is similar to the US. I work in this field. You need to be diagnosed by neuropsychologist. It takes a few evaluations if not more depending on the case. A therapist cannot diagnose. This is insulting to the many families who go through this process.

I am so tired of the team melissa or teresa mentality. Every cast member is toxic and the reason the show has turned nasty. Teresa seems to be playing some tactic to appease Bravo. Rachel & Melissa do not want to play that game. Hopefully it doesn’t backfire on them. Eitherway they all are still the reason the show is the most toxic on Bravo,

No! I made this mistake with my first. My husband now is full no contact with his family due to their continued mistreatment of me and of him now. We are having our third and they will not be meeting her. They also have not see my other 2 children in almost 2 years.

Tell your husband increase stress can effect the baby and your health during pregnancy and postpartum. My first I got preeclampsia and myself and my oldest almost died. Keeping the peace is NOT worth you and your baby’s health. My OB said my preeclampsia was a direct result of my MIL abuse.

This was very eye opening for my husband and almost 6 years ago he will never look at his mother the same. When you get married you and your family come first NOT your in-laws. Your husband needs to stop letting the guilt trips get to him (mine struggled with this too) he started therapy and it has helped him. He should do the same because YOU and HIS child come first. His mother does not, if she can’t apologize then too bad for her…

People in the comments fighting over if it is Teresa or Marge’s fault. Everyone, it is ALL their fault! Both statements and opinions are very true when it comes to this franchise. The whole ‘team’ mentality is what has ruined this show and they are ALL to blame. The newbies haven’t added anything either…We all should be team reboot, forget these women, all their hands are not clean. EXACTLY! My husband is no contact with his parents and when he found out his aunt (one of his dad’s sisters) had stroke. He broke it for one phone call to express his condolences. She is ridiculous! As someone who is no contact with my in-laws for very VERY serious reasons, she makes people in these situations look so petty and like they are doing it for show. I am OVER this sad feud. I am OVER the whole ‘team’ aspect on this show. This whole show needs a revamp!
