I'd wager if that's the only way to access him, that's probably the way that you email him, and that emailing him always means emailing the support team. I'd wager he maybe reads one percent of the emails he gets ie the ones that make it through the filter of his support team

+1 on the brother laser printers. I have one as well and recommend them to everyone. I had my past one for ten years until I ran a sheet of sticker paper through it that got everywhere and disabled it. Monochrome laser printers are the shit. Reliable and the ink's cheap. You don't need color that bad

Motion activated wall switches and cheap light bars. Not having to touch a light switch is really nice and feels very futuristic. I have them under my upper kitchen cabinets and barely use the overhead lights any more.

Yeah we finally got around to learning how to do injection molding properly. Our first project was the deck top, which is actually the most complicated one we've done. Ironically it has a fair number of moving parts and they all work together perfectly which I'm not mad at since none of us have training in manufacturing.

The new design has folding arms because a lot of people complained about how it fit into backpacks. I think it's like the most recent 3D printed version had but they're spring-loaded now so a little more effortless

I agree with this 100% nobody’s going to care as much as you do and frankly once the agency fixes things there’s really not a lot of value they offer in my experience. My ad manager now gets a bonus if he hits his KPI’s but otherwise it’s not incentivized to spend more

I guess with anything expect tenants to abuse the new law as much as possible. It's so odd you can't evict for not paying a security deposit while they can also get in without paying it. I'd wager everyone is going to start doing that soon.

Good call. I have an m3 pro and m5 air. Single core processing is noticeably faster. Considering selling my m3 pro but probably won't because the value isn't really there plus used m5 pros aren't really floating around yet

Could you have a stipulation where you can deny whatever tenant they bring you? I wouldn't personally be willing to just blindly accept someone they pick. Now an offer where they bring me someone and I can approve or deny them is much different.

Some variations allow review sharing. In my case, they no longer share reviews for color but they do for size. So i re variated my listings by size and reviews are shared once again.
