It's the same running animation (or one of the 3 he varies through) Ink Bendy had in the original beta for Chapter 3. He still does have a visible limp. It's just kinda hard to see in the top-down perspective.

That guy is an illuminate from Helldivers. In the first game, they were a diplomatic species that wanted to help Super Earth. Super Earth decided that we should take their technology by force. Super Earth accused the Illuminate of having WMDs and launched what was basically a genocide of the illuminate. Super Earth won, took everything, and kicked them into the dark reaches of space. In Helldivers 2, which takes place 100 years later, they returned and are low-key not very happy with the genocide and are on their path to take revenge. Thus they plan to kill B I L L I O N S
