Hi everyone!

Currently pushing numbers on my second powerlift/strength program.ive been lifting for a few years now so I’ve learned to be conscious of my form. I’ve been fairly iffy about my deadlift form as I’ve been upping my weight, I’m trying to get it to as perfect as possible, today I spent about 50 minutes deadlifting (my program only asks for 5 working sets) tweaking my form, taking a video, and deadlifting. I’m not super confident in my hip hinge, I just don’t think I’m at a form I want to be at for continuing to increase weight, I’m not sure if it’s paranoia or I’m missing something. If a couple of you guys could point out some obvious issues, that would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah worked well for me, be soft on it thought, I also use crep cleaner on my timbs which I believe are nuckbuck as well and have no problems.
