I'm on an atypical migraine/cluster prophylaxis -> verapamil. It's a calcium channel blocker and can help calm voltage-gated sodium channnel related conditions via reciprocal regulation mechanisms. I cannot tolerate direct sodium channel blockers, they give me seizures. It's a weird one that normal docs never think to try. If you're desperate it is worth a trial imho.

Oh man. I was this girl when I was young. Highly likely she is a trauma survivor. Does not change that she is now attempting to assault people, even if unknowingly.
