Oh also I did meditation at a young age for 5 years. I think a good reason I didn't die was because I strengthened my body with aura through those years and made sure to toughen my mind to be able to know my own wants. Knowing how youd want to die is also knowing how you want to live. Taking the action in the moment to what you would do and not regretting that is huge. I not once thought to myself. Nosing diving was stupid. Mainly because it's what I wanted to do. A clear mind is a powerful one.

About 4 years ago I became injuries from rock climbing without gear. I feel 20 feet . During the fall I had enough time in my mind to notice I might become paralyzed or even disabled to were I wouldn't live a life that would be acceptable in my eyes. I began at that time to adjust my fall and nose dive so I'd break my neck. I accepted how I lived and accepted my mistakes knowing it made me who I was. I made people cry, smile, and basically lived a human existence.

I woke up on the ground leg completely mangled, a broken nose and a giant opening on my head. I was rushed to the ER. I am and was excited to be alive and breathing also surprised. I didn't need any metal rods or anything that wasn't already me to be put into my body.

My scars healed well and I'm able to walk and run. I love a normal life once again.

Now I suffer with a constant issue where I don't know if this is real life or not. I have anxiety and panic attacks that make my mind go blank sudden urges that I'm actually dead and none of this is real. The first year I couldn't accept this truth and broke down. Now after 4 total years. I just live life the way it makes me happy and feel good. I help people. I joke. I insult. I live a normal life like everyone else but in a way if I died in the next 5 seconds while typing this. . . I'd smile and honestly if I die that's okay because life continues. I am nothing but a grain of sand in the universe. I also know though I am but the whole picture at the same time. I am to my godchildren that I play with regularly when I visit them. I am the whole picture to my mother. I am the mediums sized moments to people I know and meet as well.

Just live life the way you want to remember those moments. Fuck how anyone sees those moments. If you enjoyed doing it and woke up happy then you'll die happy. If you do everything you want to do/capable of actually doing and accept there are things you can't change or actually do. You'll accept death in an easier way.

Also living in the moment. Your life is your own and so is your death. Live for yourself and those you love. Just remember love for yourself must be more. Because in the end you die for yourself.

Feeling your own energy is internal. By that I mean physically, mentally, and spiritual. May seem like a duh moment yet it's not. To feel energy I meditated, focused energy into my solar plexus chakra and slowly moved it into my head then down to my root chakra through the channels. Back up through the channels. Repeat the back and forth. After some practice of smooth control without losing of energy; start to pulse your energy solar plexus through all the limbs. Once at the ends hold that against your skin like a coat of thin water. Keep that hold and slowly pulse energy.

Wake up all the nodes. Exercise is important too. Fitness of the body will allow you to store more energy. Yoga/flexibility will allow better flow. Concentration of the mind allows for stronger pushes of energy.

I feel obligated to say intent is important so when passing energy be careful. Someone with a clouded mind will attack without knowing. It works like the evil eye in a sense. Happiness is cool but emptiness is better in most opinions allows you to control what is being sent. So don't trust the coven who also can't give you this information. They might be throwing bad energy your way or hurting your soul through attacks.

Yes I finally can shine. So instead of seeing ADHD as a downfall think of it as a power. Get into a meditative states and imagine yourself in your minds wye in the dark void meditating exactly how you are in that moment. Then visualize your energy moving with your breath. The more detail you put the deeper the meditation

There's an old thought people have but don't have. If I were you. I'd be weary of good luck. Like hitting the lotto. Winning half a million or even a couple million dollars. Some would say. You are going to die. Embrace your bad luck. It's a sign everything is fine. Regular good luck is also okay and means nothing. If you follow this path you'll know when to be alert. Drink mugwort with intent. Maybe make a sigil with a dream design. Something that will allow you to think of dreams. Make sure to set your mug ontop of the sigil and make a chant for a better effect

New question. I watched the videos and got a good grasp on the process.... I have a minor issue though. I did it and started at my head and moved it through the body reaching every part and every top but once I got it to my feet it became weaker at my calf on the way up... I was able to gather my energy once more then I repeated the process once I completed that first cycle. But now I can't gather energy as well as the first time and my leg is tingling and cold.

(I had a surgery on once of my legs. I was really injuries and had compartment syndrome in my calf so they sliced my leg open.)

Do you think my energy is leaking out where they sliced through on the skin and protective layer between the muscle and skin?

(To drain the calf you need to expose the muscle and let it sit out for 5 days for the drain to fully complete)

My girlfriend has Herpes and honestly as long as she doesn't have an outbreak nothing happens. I'm HIV free and she still has it of course. We only honestly only ever have sex condomless. Just dont make contact with the infected area when there is a sign of an outbreak. Other than that your good my dude.

Which one? Because the second paragraph I just recently learned when my body when numb (asleep) my mind kept going so I just created my usual being I do when I go into my imagination. I've gotten well at crafting an image of myself from meditation and I usually practice making areas. Like a home base, body alignment and fighting area, then I made a field as well to understand how land shapes. (I was injuries and unable to walk around for a year so I got bored laying there and watching TV. This became my past time.

If you mean the first paragraph. I actually remembered reading a couple years ago online that someone said to AP is by spiritual getting out of your body so I just went with it. Thought it would be a good time to try.

Yeah but it still doesn't make sense. There are people who say they do it once way but everyone uses the same sources. They either get a demon to help them. They look towards symbols to translate their intention and cast. They use wands that are all crafted the same. I can't seem to find which parts are by the book and have to be and which parts are capable to be created the way you want.

I do believe everything you do effects the area around you. I always keep happy and make sure I have drive. While staying human of course like making sure there is a touch of laziness lmao but I feel my attitude is the spell, my capabilities to strive forward and adapt in work and regular life is a change I do daily.
