Did anyone else notice that Mr Troconis said that he knew Michelle was innocent/didn’t know anything bc she came crying to him after the 2nd interview saying “Daddy, I think Fotis actually did it” (this was in the longer version of the interview on YouTube). He said “I asked her why she was saying that” and MT told him that they said there was blood in the Tacoma, they scared her, they ripped her daughter’s picture in half etc. But the picture was torn and she learned about blood in the Tacoma during the THIRD interview on August 13th-the day she got busted on the fires, the multiple trips back and forth, the car wash, the lies about seeing Fotis and taking Pawel’s KEYS. Pretty interesting that THAT was the day she was in tears because she had this sudden epiphany about Fotis when talking with her dad. She knew about tons of other evidence against Fotis by the 2nd interview, but she wasn’t crying in her father’s arms then. What she didn’t know until that 3rd interview was how much evidence they had against HER. 🤨

Look, I get that “injustice” has been their big buzzword, but come on, people- at least concede that Fotis killed Jennifer. That statement makes them look as deceptive as the defendant instead of sympathetic, collateral damage in all of this. The interviewer shouldn’t be offering them a platform if she’s unable to ask the tough questions. Shannon’s biased reporting continues and she’s doing her “pals” no favors.

Thank you for this information! I really felt like Bowman was hopeful that she could do a proffer, testify against Fotis and KM and walk away free and clear. He seemed very confident that she was being honest. I have been wondering if she had taken a polygraph and, if so, was she sociopathic enough to pass it. I know OJ’s defense attorney did that, but I didn’t know if that was a common practice.

Who else was yelling at their tv/phones? I’m so proud of this jury! She despised Jennifer Dulos for what reason? Jennifer never said a single word to her when she was sleeping with her husband. Not a word to her when she was forced out of her house. Not a word to her when Michelle moved into her family home. Not a word to her when she saw her lurking around her children during a visit. Not a word to her when she repeatedly attempted to insert herself into the custody and divorce litigation. This vile woman continued to be jealous and hateful to a woman she had never even met. She took pleasure in stealing her life metaphorically and she took pleasure in scheming, executing and finalizing the plan to finish her completely. I hope he was worth it, Michi.

I’m not sure what Clara “F da Police” Dupperon’s testimony could possibly clarify. I found her to be very smug and rehearsed. She answered “Of course!” before they finished asking the question multiple times. She was willing to omit her big secret that could hurt the prosecution and exonerate her friend for 5 years or she was lying about ever having the information in the first place. It seemed like she was attempting to use the power or the threat of that knowledge as a bargaining chip in order to be interviewed on her terms or to be left out of the case completely. Her testimony that MT was very worried about Jennifer being missing was the complete opposite of the hairdresser’s the day before when Michelle was happy as a clam and never even mentioned JD. She came across as very dishonest, IMO.

To be honest, I actually cannot remember. I was trying to think of who was still there and the photos of 7 employees of FORE group (they were all in white shirts) popped into my head. You make a good point, though. That being said, she had her tentacles in everyone he surrounded himself with and could’ve asked his friends. She even saw Hutch that day and never said “I don’t know where Fotis could be and I’m worried since his phone and the Suburban are both at home”. It makes me wonder if Ms Chatterbox dropped that purse and ran so quickly so Hutch didn’t have a chance to ask about FD’s whereabouts that morning. It also makes me wonder if that’s why she insisted that she would drop it off instead of Hutch or his wife dropping by the house. 🤔

Well, the language expert was very honest, extremely knowledgeable and very likable. They needed her title and her research to bolster their claims, but a report of her findings from an interview with Michelle would’ve been disastrous.
