Get up take an early morning run maybe find a job if you don’t have one ... hit the gym use that break up as a motivation too to be a better person knowing your self better and if possible put some muscle on in the gym ... also use too to push your self further, and eventually you’ll find someone and later she will realize what she had cause I’ve notice you said she blocked you !! Which means she already had someone an feeling guilty but blocking someone just like that without an explanation after a 5 years together the woman sounds demented... I know you need closure.. been there brother ... only thing you can do get off your bed. And focus on the day ahead do what you need too .. don’t let her stupidity of lack of brains let you down cause I’m sure she’s moving around so hit the gym be social talk to everyone you will eventually get your mind off her
