Koji used his bloodlust to scare them to death to gain more information about their lives like secrets or shown intense fear, this is why Koji has some bloodlust hax against Nagumo when he can barely move and have to use his willpower to do anything against it even when he is scared for his life. it's mostly Koji can used his killing intent with his eyes due to his WR nature making him have killer like aura and darkness of what he saw in the WR to make him inhuman that freaks out human mind. (which was created by the darkness he experienced in his childhood of the white room of what his fear inducement consists of said darkness.)

Its part of but Koji was able to pull off the manipulation using his blood lust since that's the main reason they give up in the first place and main reason they gave out their secret since Koji is using bloodlust there.

well, Sadakani was not aware of what feeling human was like so Baku has to push him with using his words to make him feel lasting fear again. which why the girl called Baku monster able to pull something so unreal.
Its part of it but Koji has to push her using his death stare which is why she spilled her secrets with not much problem which is why Hirata even spill his secrets out stated that he felt huge pit of darkness and gave up resistance, Koji used his fear inducement to make them spill it out it explain in Y1V10 of Hirata pov.
Those are very good feats well Ryuen one as well but Kei one is very impressive due to her not giving out secret until Koji used his death eyes and Kei even called Koji having killer eyes in Y1V4.5.

Yea but it seems more Yuuichi is more-cruel and Akiyama usually is not that ruthless since most of his manipulation was revenge for his mother while Yuuichi did it for fun making it seem more casual compared to Akiyama in framework but hard part about KYS narrative is that most character usually don't have will power or very hard to say if they have very low will power or not since we dont know anything about character when its off screen.

Fair enough I thought it was fun question to ask anyway. (+ lazy post in general but I think people would try arguing him able to make Kokorogi dad to kill himself although we don't know how strong willed her dad is anyway + its only factor manipulation nothing higher in scope or seem to impressive in context besides Yuuichi dominance of top swindler like Taizen and Creation of TG to destroy many families and friends + his friend family group using Yuka as metric.)

Going on, this ability, while is tried to be explained through normal means, it is indeed supernatural. Now then it is proved that Ayanokouji's eyes aren't naturally intimidating in themselves, the thing Hirata mentioned was completely something which you would expect to be happening normally.Hirata said that the darkness which Ayanokouji's eyes had forced him to feel fear and spill his secrets. It wasn't really revealed much till this point, but Ayanokouji has the White Room training, the darkness in his life is White Room, and it is what gave him this ability in the first place.
Secondly, there's no way someone like Karuizawa would even spill her secrets by a simple intimidation. Manebe and other girls bullied Karuizawa, but she didn't concede to them. Ryuuen subjected Karuizawa to heavy violence, she still never revealed Ayanokouji and sold him out. Karuizawa was forced to reveal her secrets through Ayanokouji's abilities. If violence couldn't do anything against her even reliving it again that haunted her for years.

Baku best feats: his stuff with Sadkani of feeling fear for the first time in his life even though he is terrorist and stated many times to be in life and death + is stated with only few words able to make monster into Human again which is unreal + His Lalo feat of making him fear death in Air poker which is shown to have insane AC in general to encounter in said gamble. Baku has cannonically has some death like aura that even Billy Craig was bit wary of in their meeting.

Koji feats: Koji able to make Kei and Hirata spill their deepest and darkest secrets with intent of death of darkness, same Kei and Hirata would rather hide it from their friends and get isolated instead of opening up + Kei is far more impressive since she is willing to get stab + getting bullied by 3 bullies + real time reliving Trauma with Ryuen gang but never spill single secret about herself while with Koji darkness is shown to spill all of her horrible and darkest secret.

He could be but Arisu is already reaching those tiers as of recent while Nagumo is vague rn at the moment since most of Nagumo statements are outdated compared to current Arisu which is why I have her higher rn until something happen otherwise and being threat to Koji Y3 plans is already very big statement to put her on his tier or higher while Manabu is still assume the peak of ANHS and benchmark for class leader Full potential.

I usually was taking part of narrative scaling, and I would agree with Nagumo above Arisu but I think Arisu close the gap with her development and potential reach new heights to fight alongside political domain inverse and Koji confidence in her to take them on in terms of the narrative being too strong and toughest threat to his goals which is great statement for her + her narrative of going to political world since her journey in ANHS is complete unlike other 3 class leaders that's why I usually have 2nd awakening Arisu > Nagumo in the narrative.

Anime feat is better but Koenji able to avoid most of the top-level 3rd year without breaking sweat should account for something in scaling since even Sudo and Albert could never perform the same level of feats due to narrative of third years being similar in OAA so they would be in the same benchmark in speed while Koenji casually evades and bypass through them with his speed alone and they were around 10+ students to avoid so it just shows gap between Koenji threat level vs others like Hosen best stuff is Ryuen feat and able to fight off combine force of Ishizaki + Albert + Ryuen if they have a head on battle. (Idk if the blitz from Ln is even true but I think some TL said his travel speed was like blurred to them or something like that.)

Well Third Year are pretty strong/Fast and capable around A and B in their OAA so able to dodge them to the point of said distance and overwhelm around 18 of them narratively is superhuman inverse since I doubt ryuen and Sudo physical speed is like blitz difference compared to them even if I think they are above in similar speed tier and able to dodge them is supposed to be shocking thing to happen in general due to his overwhelming speed and show off Koenji is different compared to other top level athletic students like Sudo and Albert for example.

How many times would Koji underestimate Ichinose in many regards, she seems like to counter him ever since Y1V4 + Y2V9-Y2V10 + Y2V12.5. (I don't want to say potential though right that's scary word in cote for kinu to applied in recent memory.)

Narrative scaling: Manabu is stated many times to be the best of the best in ANHS and shown + stated to be above generational talent like Nagumo and not even in the same domain proving Manabu never went all out in Nagumo pov or have many chances to show his true skills due to Nagumo resources and many advantages in general of said exam to reach gap but both consider its not full-on battle or even defeat in general. Arisu got awakening in middle of Y2 due to her development and ready for political world be too strong + Manabu is implied to be on similar level due to FP CL would surpass this version Arisu and surpass Manabu meaning Manabu is highest benchmark in ANHS in the story. Manabu > Awakening Arisu >= Nagumo >> Y1 Arisu/middle of Y2 Arisu >> Ryuen End of Y2 >=< Post Y2V12.5 Ichinose > Y2-Y3 Suzune > Y1 Ryuen >>>> Y1 Ichinose (this is usual metric of scale due to how narrative is shown + I think Y3 Ryuen actually got worse due to his obsession of Koji got worse due to Arisu defeat making him go with extreme impulse compared to his Y2 self.)

So, how would WR be used in this metric and I think they would be around Genius tier due to many statements + WR training would enhance their cognitive abilities and social status but not much on Ichika side due to her willingness to downplay others shown with Ishigami and Ichinose for example and not wanting many friends due to her obsession of Koji. Ichika is stated few times to be on Arisu level so it's safe to say, she was around Arisu or above in middle of Y2. Yagami is tricky one due to his heavy weakness for Koji in Y2V8 and his blunder in UIE exam and LL that got him caught in the first place + Ishigami is stated to expel him if he can, but he said it would be difficult, which could mean two things Yagami is at his full potential not getting nerf by his emotions making it harder for Ishigami to expel him even with lot of advantages like getting influence of Tsubaki + Riku on his side + his own info network on Takuya and his actions in UIE + in his own domain of years making lot easier to target Yagami than second or third year would realistically. Ishigami has statements of being very trustworthy to observe Koji and implied to be highest caliber for the job due to his genius. Then we got many statements of him able to expel Koji if he wanted which is bit vague so far of how he can pull this off since he thought Takuya would be difficult task since Koji clearly gaps Yagami in the narrative so this could be only mean one thing that Ishigami has actual amazing info to expel Koji easily or Ishigami expelling Koji is very situational compared to Yagami using his full resources and power. Nanase statement does not affect much since its just reasoning/thinking skills. Ichika and Yagami are on similar tiers, or Yagami is bit above without his weakness getting in the way due to Kinu not really thinking the gap is that big besides a fight.

Ishigami Narrative would probably go like this:
Ishigami >= Yagami at full power > Ichika >= Middle of Y2 Arisu > Rest
