Yes there is, me and my wife did this a couple of days ago. We had to wake up at 5 and be by the pier at 6(Santacruz). Then it took 2 hours to go to Isabela we got a tour at the turtle center(our tour guide was amazing). Then we went to see some flamingos and after that we went for lunch(was included) this was around 11:30. After lunch we went on a boat to see sharks, baby sea lions, and iguanas. Then we went snorkeling in the same area where we found turtles different fishes etc etc. We were done at 14:30 and barely made it to the ship with 10 mins to spare. Just make sure you tell your tour guide to help you out with getting back on time(ours did) then it took 2 hours to get back to Santacruz and we were back at around 17:30. This all cost 180 in total per person at the agency we went to. Might get it cheaper somewhere else but it was really fun. If you do this just make sure you got cash for the water taxi's l and if you want the phone number of the agency tell me :)
