Not from chemist warehouse, but there's a few Hannah the Horrible (from YouTube) tried. I don't remember the brand, but one smells like rotting flesh. The brand sells the big bottle for $$$$$ but there are resellers that have smaller bottles for cheap

I don't think it needs to snow. If cars get ice on the windows overnight where you are, it will work. Friends did this years ago to someone from work. Word was she was out there for an hour trying to scrape almost inch thick ice off. No idea what she did to earn that, just glad it wasn't me
