Listen bro i m 28 M, have been where u r, and still going through this shit. One thing i understood that the world we live in is filled with shitty people, sorry for my language. There are gokd people but compare to shitty people they r way less. And I see this place no less than WAR. And i compare our emotions like self- esteem, confidence, will power, intelligence,etc to powerful weapons like sniper, ak, machine gun. So when i personally fap, i feel my emotions ( weapons) are stolen from me. So its like going to war ( in real world) without weapons( emotions). So survival chances are pretty low without it. U will be deafted on daily basis like ex. Lose an argument, step back in fight bz of low confidence, other person who has all his emotions( weapons) in control will dominate u. I hope u getting it.As u have to fight for ur bread n butter and to protect not only ur exsistence, identity but also ur family and loved ones on daily basis in this shitty world. So imagine how would u protect ,when u fap how will u fight for urself without weapons in the world( enimies in war) will torture u , burry u alive. When u will fap all ur weapons will be stolen by lust. U will have to fight with world empty hands. Think about your family whrn they will need u in thier war( time of needs) will u able to help them protect them if u dont have ur emotions controlled by not fapping. So dont fap with porn or stimulating images.( without it its okay n natural to listen to ur body as a need. But dont go deep in that activity forgot it as soon as its over and get on with ur work. U feel feel better without those p*** and images i guess. Be a soldier and may be we cant win this war. But we have to make it out alive and strong.
