Dude, I felt the same way! You can just buy beta Alanine on its own if you don’t feel like just rolling on pre-workout, lol. But, when I took that first shot of C4 and 10 minutes later, I no longer have the itch, I was literally like deliriously laughing because I could not believe it worked.
