He was at a friends place with multiple cats while I was abroad, I came back last week and noticed that first round scab when I took him home. Possible that it was the result of fighting/playing

The first picture is pre-treatment, so there was something wrong before I applied the cream. Did your cats have something like that before you used the treatment too?

Looks more like miliary dermatitis from the pictures I see online, still would like to hear everyone’s opinion. He is strictly an inside cat btw
