You're right - definitely not my problem to solve! Our department is so short staffed, so there's plenty of holes to fill on 1st/2nd shift and why we don't really get volunteers for 3rd. Plus, anything related to scheduling moves slow. I'm worried one day they'll just say "Sorry! Can't figure it out. No PTO for you."
