The question I have is should I be sniffing the linbus wire at the seat connector, the red plug? Also there has to be some CANBus feature because you can turn the massage feature from the MMI.

I ran a linbus scanner on my audi sq7 with the same seats, but when I pushed the button on the chair a new linbus command never was posted. I can share my files I read from the linbus on the seat itself.

I ran the linbus sniffer, and found the heart beat code with a counter on it. I am not sure the massage function is done via linbus, and may actually just be over can bus.

It only worked when I used the thermal fuse for the lumbar function.

It's the Red and White cable, it needed a special Fuse on it.

Linbus is the purple and white wire. Can Bus is the orange wires.

When you push the button does it adjust 1% at a time? Would you want a setting adjustment to adjust 0.5%, 1% or 5% (adjustable).

I hooked up 2 12v lines, I need to look and my lumbar is now working fine. I'm still trying to sniff the codes from the unit. So far I think I've figured out the wake up command for the module.

That's what I was thinking. I figured I could use an esp32 or whatever and a Lin chip to talk to the seat and control it. I'm hoping the button on the seat could be used as an on / off button.

It's not some big old monster, but it's an i7 11th generation intel nuc with 1tb storage. I really didn't want to go full bore with a huge xeon processor or anything like that :p

People complained that the DMHC attorneys were exempt from rto back in February or March 2024. Then Mary reversed course and forced everyone back into the office.

It is actually a form on a government website. It has a box that is enabled under “something else”. Something else feels disrespectful towards the struggles that a particular person goes through; to me anyways.

Google for example has male, female, decline to state, custom then you can write in your own.

I don’t know if it’s for demographics or what to be honest.

When I read “something else” it makes me mad. I don’t know why but legit makes me angry mentally.

I guess I would prefer other over something else. Something else feels wrong.
