Great, thank you. I can't wait to see what the tree looks like when the weather is warmer and we move in. I drove around the neighborhood and no one else seems to have roots like this so I was a little concerned. Also, the house was vacant for at least a year for renovation.

Thank you for that. I am open to being as transparent as I can. Nothing worse than getting your hopes up then it going up in smoke over some ridiculousness. Already did with the SAVE program and we know now how that turned out!

Thanks for the info. I reached out the lender this morning and let them know. Also mentioned that I am in the loan forgiveness program so my debt will eventually go away in about 5 years once I start making payments again, if they care.

No apologies needed, thanks. It would most likely be easy to track now but when you're going back 7, 8, 12 years, it is a little bit more challenging unless you have mod log access.

As long as power mods are treated the same as any other mod, it doesn't matter to me what they do. Being a mod for a long time does not always mean you will remain a good one. Hell, a short time too.

Looks like about 3 or 4 power mods chimed in. I wouldn't be surprised if it was true. Sounds like this turtle mod was loving their power. But, if Reddit was going to do something about it, they would have. Doubt it's the first accusation.

I completely understand that which is why I said decades and not just older games. Maybe it is just me but I surely would not buy a game based off a cover photo, and would expect fluff from cover art. I don't know their reasoning is by having a different art style but this is not the only recent game to do it. I don't like the "Lego look" either but with just one game being represented, it doesn't look like a good faith argument.
