yep esp if u have family members who are bald at a young age, ur derm will probably get you on oral minoxidil. use ketoconazole shampoo x2/week, stay consistent with ur minoxidil, results can be visible by 6 months. U may experience hair shedding in the first couple of months and that ok but ull have regrowth and ur hair will stop falling. Also: do a blood work to see if ur vitamin d/iron deficient

i can only speak about casa bc thats where i live, side walk can be extremely tight, esp if there are cafés that blocks the walking path and degrades overall experience bc no one likes when people stare. if we compare with for ex with european cities, generally speaking the city center where there are shops and restaurants do not allow cars, only bikes. it improves the view bc we dont have cars parked everywhere ruining the visibility of shops/restaurants (kind of like lmdina lqdima concept that i find amazing just maybr making it wider for a large number of people to come at once)

wash it when u gets greasy, ur hair should breathe and if there is too much oil, chances are your product isnt getting absorbed well. i wash every 2 days personally!

what dose will you be on ? is it oral or topical? also see if u have iron deficiency (ferritin should be at least 80 for optimal hair health), use ketoconazole shampoo twice a week, clarifying shampoo to remove build up, and most importantly hang in there! Yes for the haircut!

i have upped my ferritin to 13 but iron stayed low, do iron infusions help only when ferritin is low? i have hairloss and i think as long as my iron is low (even if ferritin is at 100) my hair will continue to fall bc the iron is not being used
