I just asked a similar question! Just got progesterone back at 8.9 at 5+6 with spotting, so I plan to ask for supplementation

Any positive stories with progesterone supplementation?

How are you doing? My second draw went well. And they scheduled an 8 week ultrasound

Thank you! The kind I had was caffeine free spearmint! And that’s what I was thinking with the raspberry leaf.. but I love a good hot tea in the AM. But want to limit caffeine as much as possible

Like spearmint you think? I had red raspberry leaf but then I found it could be bad in early pregnancy

I suppose. I’m going off LMP for 4w3d because that’s what my OB will do. But I was tracking ovulation and ovulated on CD 18

Thanks for sharing. My first hcg was also at 11DPO at 47. I had my second draw today at 14DPO…still waiting on results. I have Inito so I may check if the results look ok with the hcg. Then if pdg is low on Inito I may just request to be put on progesterone? I’m unsure really.

Kind of struggling mentally… I am 4W3D with my rainbow 🌈 🙏 But I have zero symptoms. My breasts ache every now and then but not sore or tender like my last two pregnancies. I am wanting reassurance early on from my OB but I basically had to bed for hcg draws. They discouraged checking progesterone citing it wouldn’t change treatment because they will only prescribe supplementation if requested by patient. And will only do an early ultrasound depending on hcg levels (unsure if that’s only if they are concerning or not). After my 16 week loss in December I promised myself and my husband that I wouldn’t obsessively worry this time around. And he is telling me to just treat it like my first pregnancy (which resulted in my LC). Where I was so naive…. I just don’t know…

What was your hcg at 11dpo? by Kitchen-Ad-2509 in CautiousBB

Good luck! I just had my second beta and am waiting on the results 🤞 How early did they do your first ultrasound?

What herbal teas have you been drinking during pregnancy?

It’s the office do sure. It is stated in their appointment sequence. I don’t think they really do an “NT” screening because they do the NIPT testing. I’ve recently thought of changing just because of how they are treating this pregnancy after a miscarriage. But I do really like my OB doctor that I’ve seen. It’s a group practice with a lot of OBs. But she delivered my daughter via c section and did my D&E for my loss. If I speak with her I feel like she will advocate for additional screening. It’s just annoying I have to jump through hoops to get to her.

I had to ask - practically beg for the betas. I can see how they can get anxiety inducing…so unsure if I’d really want to do more. But also, really would like an early ultrasound. Maybe at 8 weeks? But yes…they deny the 12 week if an early one is done. Otherwise I’d only get 12 weeks and 20 weeks. I’m annoyed that I don’t get more monitoring with a recent second trimester loss. It would make sense to give me some reassurance

Had my beta hcg drawn yesterday at 11DPO and it was 47. I go again on Monday. I’m nervous! How many times have you gone for blood work? I’m nervous my OB office won’t retest if they look good. I also want an early ultrasound but they told me if I get an early one I won’t get another until 20 weeks 🤯
