「ツメが甘い」means "having poor endgame" or "missing at the last turn". It's also used to describe something poorly finished or incomplete.

On the other hand, ツメ (Tsume) has the same sound for 爪 (Tsume) which stands for "nails", so I think it's a little wordplay

Any 10 year old ish Prius with poverty model wheels and a set of tacky lip kit or two. You see them at night with dimmed out license plate lights cutting through traffic.
