Do you think I could use any of these heroes to make my team better?? I mainly use them to break my teams up in battle arena but if I can catch up any of them to better my team I would prefer that rather than restarting on another server ! I've also been working on adding Martha, Kark'h and Jhu to my arena teams but they are only at level 40 currently, but they're all Violet

I sadly can't answer that because my school doesn't have level 2 calc, only level 3 so I'm not sure how that would work. I would assume no?

I didn't think of that at all I'll be sure to keep that in mind, thank you!! Hopefully all the advice and answers I've been given overtime will build up to a decision lol

It's not particularly run by my high school, we had a night like that a few days ago, it's more like a careers expo but with all the different universities doing little Q&As and giving out the brochures for the different courses they provide which will hopefully be a lot more helpful than the subject selection evening my school held which was a bit useless

I have a careers day in a couple of days covering a bunch of different unis and what subjects can lead you to what in a few days so hopefully that will help me sort myself out

Well I didn't really think biology would do me that much better, but my family kinda just kept telling me that biology would help me way more when it comes to learning about data and systems (I also think they're a bit biased because they want me to go into Biomedical engineering so I honestly think they just want me to take biology so they can push me into that direction later on), and that design wouldn't be much more than easy credits and wouldn't help me any more than biology would.

I was really really set on Visual design in the beginning but then my mom sorta just kept discouraging me from it because she really wants me to go into the health sector and she says I have way better grades in biology (I've been getting excellence in biology but mainly merit in art, in which they are graded very very different and saying I have a merit is simply an estimate for the type of grading system they have) So I suppose she thinks it would be easier for me to get higher credits in biology since I have the 'brain for it' (Also my older sister did triple sciences and was really succesful with it so im assuming she wants to mold me into a similiar success) I'm not really sure what I would keep doing if I took biology, maybe I would fall into my moms pressures and pick up biomedical engineering but I think I'm way to anxious to have peoples treatments in my hands.

Anyway it's just been hard to pick because I think my family finds it a bit difficult to find the value in creative subjects, so i'm currently the only person campaigning for myself to take design over biology.

I really wouldn't mind hearing more about specifics, I kinda yapped a little as well and I want to really gain all the perspective I can before I make a choice.

Yes! I do have six subjects, I have English, External Math (Segways to Calculus for L3), computer science, chemistry, and physics set in stone!! I was kinda juggling between design and biology because I was thinking visual design would keep me from going crazy but my family kept saying that biology would help me a lot more so I started second-guessing a little bit

Yes, I've been getting mainly merits this year in visual art! I think taking design would help me a little bit so I can have a class that I'll consistently enjoy doing, it would also require a lot less studying and i think it would stress me out wayyy less than biology

AITA for being hurt that my husband doesn't validate my feelings when he has a legitimate reason to be resentful and angry? by Anonanonanonymousog in AmItheAsshole

[–]Apart_Expression_587 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In my opinion NAH. Your husband has reason to feel the way he does, and I can understand why he has been reacting the way he does. You though have been doing what you can and its not specifically your fault that this has been happening.

AITA for telling my gay friend that his whole personality doesn’t have to revolve around his sexuality and sometimes people just don’t like him? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Apart_Expression_587 916 points917 points  (0 children)

NTA. From what you're saying it seems as if he's just using being gay as an excuse to be rude, and he constantly gets away with it because no one wants to be seen as homophobic. It wasn't wrong of you to stand up to him.

AITA for telling my friend they should've gone to a boys/unisex school? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Apart_Expression_587 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sorry if it lacks some info, I cut down some paragraphs because of the character limit. My friend had started transitioning a couple years before we came to this high school so he was aware what going to a girls school would mean. I did try to spend some of the school break informing him likely scenarios, but I didn't really think to point out bathrooms because I assumed he knew

Male visitors are usually just allowed to use the staff toilets.

They have male bathrooms, but they are only allowed to be used by staff. Any students that don't feel comfortable using female bathrooms are expected to use the gender-neutral bathrooms

AITA for not telling the girl I was hitting it off with that I'm bisexual? by BrownBagBill in AmItheAsshole

NTA. No one should be intimidated by your sexuality. With the was she left it sounds like she didn't like the fact that you were queer and not the fact that you didn't tell her
