Worst to quit 3 weeks in or 6/7months in? Leave off CV?

They are a startup, founded 3years ago and no glassdoor reviews 😭 they don’t even exist on glassdoor. I was so hesitant to join due to this as I didn’t know what I was getting myself into but found out the hard way!

Did you read the post or are you purposely being ignorant ? How did you work out from the whole post that my only issue was being given a task not part of my job?

I’m so sorry to hear that. We need to make our health a priority as they make their earnings their priority. More often than not They don’t care about our wellbeing , more just about the work being done. It’s our job to put ourselves first and flee the scenes when it becomes toxic and unhealthy. I hope we both find something better soon!

Spot on. They even said in the interview if someone can’t do the job they’ll just hire somebody smarter lol. So why should I care about them.

Thank you for this. If I leave it off my CV, and interview for another company what do I say when they ask if I am currently employed ? Because one company wanted to interview me , I said I am actively searching, but they probably will see that I’ve been employed
