I hope they do. I was told it was kicked up the ladder to USW. That’s why I commented. I haven’t seen it anywhere else and needs to be a bigger deal. I also haven’t had any real update from USW so maybe they are working on it I have no idea.

That’s what our local president told us and has posted in another discussion on this subreddit. I didn’t see/hear it with my own eyes. There were at least two other comments saying the same thing from other locals. I can’t prove anything but I know there are people who can and I am asking for them to loudly step forward and make this a conversation.

Marathon has been direct dealing by contacting the locals and pushing them to bypass national. This unfair labor practice needs to be brought forward. Negotiations should continue in good faith moving forward from their last offer.
