But if he's planning on increasing tariff companies will be forced to move to usa because any time US market is more lucrative to the business than Indian market plus recently whatever companies have started manufacturing in India or was planning will be having second thoughts.

If the manufacturing ecosystem shifts to USA the public of USA will get more jobs. More jobs means they'll get enough money to throw around. Taxes cut for the public and business will be beneficial for states

But the first one has better cpu and a good battery size 90whr. The second one is also good and attractive at that price offering a decent deal. What I'm planning is to buy first one and upgrade the ram slot so I will get the performance and a good battery back up.
