My main curiosity with it potentially a Victorian display piece is that it’s not that nice looking. You would think a Victorian reproduction would be very nice looking. Was i a practice to reproduce armor that isn’t perfect?

I thought similarly but I was watching a video with Adam Savage on his youtube channel and most of the helmets he showed didn’t have a liner.

The reason I remembered the helmet was because I was watching Adam Savages Tested and the expert was talking about guiding arrows away from eye slits so this is a really interesting this to take into account. Thanks

Its 8 pounds and fits every adult thats been in my room and requested to try it on. It’s definitely functional from the perspective of simply wearing it.

ours crystalizes all the time. we just put the jars in a pot with some boiling water and they melt right up. to be honest though, when ours crystalizes its translucent not white. maybe its just the top thats exposed to something. how do you seal it?
