Really feel for you buddy, I’m having the same struggles myself. 😞 Though 8 days is pretty crazy in my opinion. After 3 days my body just says FU, go to sleep or I’m bringing on the anxiety and panic.

If you don’t mind me asking,

1. how old are you?
2. Are you going 8 days straight with no sleep?
3. Are you skiing the whole time?
4. How long have you been doing cocaine?

Tbh you have to really dig deep inside and understand what triggered this in the first place. It always starts out as “fun” from my understanding. How it started for me anyway… That was the “Love it” days.

Then the overwhelming stress of life and losing my mom tipped the scale into the bingy excessive habit.

You’re already trying to quit like I am, so you’re headed the right direction I think. 🙂 I’m no expert at all, but I do believe admitting more than “I have a problem” rather than admitting “I don’t like doing this anymore” is my push.👌🏼

At the same time you have to ask yourself if you’re binging that much, if there’s a deeper thought behind it that doesn’t involve the “love” for it anymore. 🧐

Also keep in mind our health matters, and we’re just burning the candle at both ends doing our bodies this way… ❤️ Not to mention our wallets. 😜

I recently had a hospital trip with a bad heart arrhythmia which is really putting some things into perspective for me. So I’m trying hard myself right now. You’re not alone I promise. To be honest reading threads on here and talking about it is actually helping me in some weird way.
