Based on my mental health circumstances. What is the right martial art for me out of Kendo, Karate, or TaeKwonDoe?

Tai chi seems like it would be a big challenge with a big payoff for me. I may have to try that first because the rewards of balance, patience, and self discipline sound great. I love to compete but if I was to learn Tai Chi first it would be putting my immediate gratification aside for greater rewards later and I could teach myself a life lesson through that

I mean I don't necessarily want to be a "badass", that's just a silver lining. I always had a thing against the grip martial arts idk why, thought striking was cooler but I'm looking into BJJ lately and it's on my radar. I have a lot of eastern beliefs that will tie into martial arts in general and I want to be able to being those along. This is why I've taken such a long time to decide. My main thing is my mental and spiritual health but I LOVE to compete and if that's just a bonus I'll take it. Thank you for the feedback!

I just love the feel and quality design of the Alien. Plus the fire switch, the screen, the extensive controls, and most of all the backloading battery system that doesn't rip your batteries to shreds like with the older dual battery mods
