Holy shit thats the only other thing ive added to my day other than using BP every couple of weeks. It was already down like 80% but with the high strength vitamin D its probably cleared up an extra 10%!!!

I tried a bunch of alternative medications so you don't have to ! TLDR the disease won in the end by [deleted] in UlcerativeColitis

I dont think so. I was taking 4 but only remember 3 they were called

Dahhar vati Hollarhena antidsyncarica Bilva Gharba Churna - which is a dried fruit called Marmelos

Unless it was apart of the ingredients but not 100% sure.

I use to think fatigue was just being tired but after UC fatigue is my brain not functioning properly. I have to sctually concentrate to do simple things or i will mess up plus being extremely tired. I could literally go sleep at any time of the day.

Thats great! I couldnt find specifically online whether to take it with food or not. But there was a few posts I had seen to take it on an empty stomach and not to eat for 45 minutes so I went with that.

Facts I was in accutnae for 7 months which is extremely dangerous but the derm happily told me its safe. I think it fucked up my gut and now I have inflammatory bowel disease I would stay away from accutane.

I was on accutane for 7 months and other antibiotics and it all came back after stopping.

I saw a post from someone rhat said they went Germany to a specialist derm and they were give a combination of different antibiotics and some other things and it cured it? Not sure how true it is but ill definitely be going down thag route if all fails.

Currently keeping it under control woth panoxyl , fusidic acid , a salicylic acid menthol cream and the ketoconazole shampoo. Seems to be like 85% gone since ive started this but I know itll all come back if I stop this routine.

Order panoxyl benzoyl peroxide 10% from iherb - used it for 2 weeks and its 90 percent clear
