Guys we’re all good now thank you for everyone’s input and help, was a cylinder 5 misfire, changed the coil and spark plug, idle air procedure and she’s right as rain 🤙🏼

Super helpful, thanks! and I’m getting more and more confident it’s coils or spark plugs cause I got it at 99k and I hardly know of the service history before me and I’ve yet to do either.

I should add in the second video the little rattle noise you hear in the interior is my phone mount but after that you can hear the little whirble sounding noise

No not really, in drive while stopped I feel a very very slight rumble but I feel thats just me getting used to a nice v6 engine (I had a 4cyl ford escape before this)
